Training with the AMUSF
Good training is imperative for a sound and productive business and in today’s economic climate, training can make the difference between survival and failure.
Having been concerned by the lack of practical craft skills being offered, the AMUSF have over the past few years been developing our own range of Upholstery and Soft Furnishings qualifications.
We now have a suite of qualifications that have been devised by the trade for the trade.
Based on good practical traditional upholstery and soft furnishing skills, these qualifications may lead to employment within the industry or with additional practice may lead to you starting your own small business.
The courses are accredited by the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers and are now being offered by a number of Approved Training Centres, both large and small, around the country.
