If approved for membership you will be required to pay your annual subscription by Direct Debit mandate, monthly, quarterly or annually as advised by the Association. For current subscriptions see separate schedule.

You are required to pay a non returnable application fee of £50 +VAT towards the cost of a personal visit from one of our specially selected members who will assess your suitability as a member. If you submit this form on line you must telephone 01494 452965 in order to pay this fee by Credit or debit card. Alternatively you may return your completed application form to the address below together with your application fee. (or again this fee can be paid by credit or debit card, please phone your card details through to the Cardiff office if you wish to pay in this way
